Assertiveness at Work considers the benefits & downsides of each form of interaction, and empowers you to take control over your intended outcomes and results.
This course provides opportunities to develop assertiveness skills through role-plays and scenario-based activities. We focus particularly on the advantages of using assertive communication techniques within the workplace.

On Demand gives you 1-month of access to pre-recorded training, covering exactly the same topics, over the same time-frame. You don’t have a chance to ask questions, but you can replay and review the presentation.
