There are no pre-requisites to enrol in this qualification.The only eligibility requirements for our Assessment Only Pathway are:
- You have completed year 12 or equivalent.
- You are over the age of 18.
- You have a suitable level of language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) to complete the course requirements.
- You have current or past experience relevant to the subject matter of the qualification.
- You are able to proceed directly to the assessments, without the need for fundamentals training.
- You are capable of completing the assessments by yourself, or with some additional support — which TechKnowledgey® is able to provide.

Yes, you can — in a couple of ways:
- You can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). We will help step you through the process of gathering your portfolio of evidence. Please note that RPL involves additional costs.
- If you have evidence of completing any of the Units of Competency, you can apply for Credit Transfer. This process is free of charge, but requires a ‘like for like’ comparison of Units.
- Note that our Assessment Only Pathway is in itself a highly-efficient form of RPL.

- On enrolment, you will be provided with access to TechKnowledgey’s® Learning Management System (LMS).
- You can commence your assessments immediately — at whatever time of day works best for you.
- You can complete your assessments at any stage during your enrolment — allowing ample time to manage this workload alongside your day-to-day commitments.
- The enrolment period is 6 months — but you can finish quicker if you wish.

- This is a workplace-based project, which you develop and report on for each Unit.

- The project can be work you are currently completing in your role (or have completed recently). Or, it can be something new, which you develop to add value to your organisation.
- It is carefully guided through reference materials and templates hosed on our Learning Management System (LMS).
- The Action Learning Project is also supported through your Workplace Project Mentor (WPM), who will observe your work and field your questions.
You can also work in a team if you choose — to spread the workload, share the learning, and encourage each other along the way!
All your learning and assessment materials are hosted on TechKnowledgey’s® Learning Management System (LMS).
You will just need to have access to:
- A desktop computer, laptop or tablet to complete your assessments.
- A reliable internet connection and browser. (Google Chrome recommended.)
- A scanner and/ or Adobe Acrobat, to secure sign-off on documents for submission.
